Welcome to REVEL! These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the REVEL website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). Please read them carefully. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

General: You must be at least 13 years old to access public portions of the Service.
No Children Under 13: We do not provide the Service to anyone under 13. If we learn that we have collected information from a child under 13 in violation of these Terms, we will delete that information
as quickly as possible.
Minors (13–17): Users between ages 13 and 17 may only become full members of REVEL with valid parental or legal guardian consent. By registering, you represent and warrant that you have obtained such consent.

2. Parental Consent & Account Registration

Consent Process

- Parents or guardians of 13–17-year-olds must complete and sign a digital consent form before the minor's account is activated.
- Parents may withdraw consent at any time by contacting support at info@revelonward.com; upon withdrawal, the minor's account will be deactivated and personal data deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- We reserve the right to request additional verification of parental consent at any time.

Account Credentials

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering.

You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activity under your account.
You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to:
Violate any laws or infringe anyone's rights
Post defamatory, harassing, hateful, threatening, or otherwise objectionable content
Share inappropriate content, including but not limited to content that is sexually explicit, violent, or promotes illegal activities.
Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems or breach security measures
Use automated means (such as bots, scripts, or spiders) to access the Service without our express written permission.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules. We also reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or our community standards.

User-Generated Content

By posting, uploading, or sharing content on the Service, you grant REVEL a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, publicly display, and distribute such content in connection with operating the Service. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to grant this license and that your
content does not violate any third-party rights.

5. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

No Professional Advice: The Service provides educational and inspirational content but does not substitute for professional advice (legal, medical, psychological, financial, etc.). Always consult qualified professionals for specific advice.

AS-IS Service: We make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the Service's reliability, availability, accuracy, or suitability for any particular purpose. The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.

Liability Limitation: To the maximum extent permitted by law, REVEL's total liability arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Service will not exceed the amounts you have paid, if any, to REVEL in the past twelve months. 11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Los Angeles County, California. You consent to the personal jurisdiction
of such courts.
